 The Cain Center sits nestled in
the heart of the beautiful, 85-acre Cain Park, surrounded by tennis
courts, fishing ponds and a walking-jogging trail. In 1983, the Cain
Foundation built and donated this unique facility to the people of
Henderson County. Since then, it has served all of East Texas, both as a
fitness center with its many exercise areas, and as a civic center with
rooms available for a wide variety of functions.
Many visitors come to the Cain Center to enjoy the spectacular view
overlooking Cain Park. Some locals visit the center to take daily walks
down the long corridors, affording them the comforts of the indoors,
regardless of the weather outside. |
